These products are man made - variation in texture, dye lot and width may occur and we are not responsible for these occasional differences, nor do we make any guarantee that carpet will not show foot prints or seams. All sales of remnant and irregular goods are final without recourse. I understand there will be a 35% restock charge for any returns. I understand that if I fail to pick up the floor covering within 30 days of the date of invoice, Wholesale Floors, Inc. has no obligation to retain such products for me, nor must they notify me of their intent to dispose of or of the resale of such products. In the event I fail to pay any amount due under this agreement, I agree to pay any reasonable attorney's and/or collection fees incurred in the collection of this invoice. Since Wholesale Floors, Inc. is not providing the installation of your floor covering, any claims against the manufacturer's warranty will be made against the product only and shall not include the cost of removing and reinstalling said floor covering.

Wholesale Floors, Inc. is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including delays in transportation. Because this is a contract for special order floor covering, I understand that Wholesale Floors, Inc. may retain my down payment as liquidated damages if I cancel this order at such time Wholesale Floors, Inc. is unable to cancel the product from the supplier or mill. If I fail to pick up the floor covering within 30 days of notification of receipt of the product, Wholesale Floors, Inc. may consider it to be cancelled and has no obligation to retain such flooring products for me, nor must it notify me of intent to dispose of or of the resale of such products.
